Octavius Kisinda has a background in social sciences with more than 12 years of experience in project and program management. He has been employed in both the private and public sectors, working for non-profit and for-profit organizations. His passion for community work spans over 14 years, managing integrated community-based development projects and programmes while working with civil society organisations in rural settings.
Kisinda joined HDIF in August 2016 as a Relationship Manager where he serves as liaison between HDIF and its grantees. He works with our grantees to help them improve their business performance in the course of achieving their objectives. He also takes the role of a trusted advisor role by offering and providing access to technical advice as and when it is needed by the grantees.
